Can I compost it at home? It's made from OK compost HOME certified material. Home compost piles vary a lot, and these bags are thick after lamination, so they can take much longer to break down at home. Industrial composting is the most reliable option.
Can it be microwaved or heated? The compostable material melts at about 85°C (185°F), and microwaves usually go above 100°C, so the pouch will soften or melt after a couple of minutes. The Matte White version has no foil and can go in the microwave unsealed and unzipped. Many customers use it for candle wax refills: microwave, pour the wax, then discard the pouch.

Natural Kraft compostable laminate with good barrier protection to keep products fresh. Natural kraft paper outer gives an authentic feel. Sourced from Japan, the kraft paper features consistent coloring and premium texture. Metallic Cellulose interior provides good barrier properties against moisture, oxygen, light and aroma.
High Barrier Paper PLA 2-ply Laminate
Paper substrate compostable laminate with good barrier protection to keep products fresh. Made from plant-based renewable ingredients, this compostable pouch (including zipper) will break down back to nature in a commercial composting environment, leaving no microplastics behind.

Are you able to do custom orders? What are the minimum quantities?
Yes. Digital printing starts at 1,000 pouches, and rotogravure starts at 5,000 pouches per design. Lead time and pricing depend on quantity and printing method, and every quote spells both out. Fill out the Custom Order Form or chat with us for help.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground and arrive in 1–5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Stock orders of $399 or more (before tax) ship free by standard ground to the continental US. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other territories, plus custom printed orders, accessories and equipment, are excluded.
Can I try a pouch before buying a full case?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I return pouches?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first for a return authorization (RMA) number, then send the pouches back unused in their original packaging within 10 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies and shipping isn't refunded, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Is anything non-returnable?
Custom printed pouches, items bought at special discounted prices, and pouches with tin ties, hang holes or labels added can't be returned unless they're defective.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes, if you're buying for resale. Submit your resale permit to shop tax-exempt.
