Common questions about custom orders
What is the minimum order?
Digital printing starts at 1,000 pouches. EFP Signature Combo printing starts at 5,000 pouches, and rotogravure starts at 5,000 pouches per design.
What's the difference between digital and gravure printing?
Digital printing suits smaller runs and lets you change your design between orders. Gravure uses engraved cylinders, so it has an upfront cost per color but gives the most consistent color and better pricing on large and repeat runs.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround, including production and delivery, is typically 9 to 10 weeks. Need it sooner? Expedited orders take about 5 to 6 weeks. Tell us your timeline and we'll quote to fit it.
What affects the price?
Pouch size, material and quantity matter most. The number of colors, special finishes and features like zippers or valves also play a part. The more you order, the lower the price per pouch.
Is shipping included in the quote?
Yes. Every quote is all-in and covers consultation, production and shipping, so there are no surprises later.
Do you design the artwork?
We don't offer in-house design, but we send you a die line to build your artwork on and digital proofs to approve before anything is printed.
Can I test pouches before a custom order?
Yes. Order stock samples to check the size, material and finish with your product first.
How do payments work?
We take a 50% deposit to start production. The balance is due after you approve the production samples, and then your order ships.
