Your blanket sales order
Before anything ships, you review and sign one blanket sales order. It sets out every term of your program, so there are no surprises.

| Term | 6 months. Your order doesn't renew automatically. Before it ends, we'll review your needs with you and send a new blanket sales order if you'd like to continue. |
| Changes | Changes to next month's order are due by the 15th. Quantity changes of up to 20% keep your price; bigger changes are re-quoted. You can skip one month per term, which extends your term by a month. |
| Cancellation | You can cancel any time. If you cancel before the end of your 6-month term, cases already shipped are re-billed at our list price. |
| Ship date | Your cases ship each month on the date of your choice, set in your blanket sales order. |
| Payment | If you don't have Net 30 terms, you pay with a card on file, charged before each shipment. If the card is declined, we don't ship until payment goes through. Approved Net 30 accounts keep their existing payment terms. |
| Damaged or missing cases | Report them within 5 business days of delivery, with photos. We replace or credit confirmed damaged or missing cases. |

Auto-Restock FAQ
How long is the commitment?
6 months. All terms are set out in a blanket sales order you review and sign before we start.
What happens after 6 months?
Your order doesn't renew automatically. Before your term ends, we'll review your needs with you and send a new blanket sales order if you'd like to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your Auto-Restock pricing is based on a 6-month commitment, so if you cancel before your term ends, the cases already shipped are re-billed at our list price.
Can I change my monthly quantity?
Yes. Let us know by the 15th for the next month's order. Changes of up to 20% keep your price; bigger changes are re-quoted.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, once per 6-month term. Your term is extended by a month. Let us know by the 15th of the month before.
When and where do my orders ship?
Your cases ship each month on the date of your choice, set in your blanket sales order, from our California or Georgia warehouse. We ship to addresses in the contiguous US only. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US.
How do I pay?
If you don't have Net 30 terms, you pay with a card on file, charged before each shipment. If the card is declined, we don't ship until payment goes through. Businesses that place orders over $500 and purchase more than $5,000 a year with us can apply for Net 30 terms. Late Net 30 invoices are charged 1.5% a month, and shipments pause once an invoice is 15 days overdue. See how Net 30 works.
Does this cover custom printed pouches?
The Auto-Restock Program is for stock pouches. Custom printed pouches are quoted per project, all-inclusive with shipping. Get a custom quote.

Net 30 for qualifying businesses
Auto-Restock orders are paid by card until your account qualifies for Net 30. You don't need Auto-Restock to apply.
Net 30
Net 30 terms are available to businesses that place orders over $500 and purchase more than $5,000 a year with us, subject to an approved credit application.
- Orders over $500 each
- More than $5,000 a year in purchases with us
- Approved credit application with business and trade references
- No Auto-Restock needed. Any business that meets the minimums can apply.
- Late invoices are charged 1.5% a month, and shipments pause once an invoice is 15 days overdue.
Your path to payment terms
- New accounts
Your first few orders are paid upfront, with a card on file for Auto-Restock orders, while we review your credit application and build your payment history with us.
- After that
Once those orders are paid on time and your references check out, we review moving your account to Net 30.
To apply, we'll ask for
- A completed credit application
- Your business details and Federal Tax ID (EIN)
- A bank reference
- Two trade references from suppliers that currently extend you terms
