Enviro Flex Pack will ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx GROUND. Please contact our office if a specific or an alternate shipping method is required.

Delivery times range from 1-5 business days in the United States.

1. Free Shipping offer valid for continental US only.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories are not included. 
2. Free Shipping offer also excludes accessories, equipment, and custom printed orders.
3. To qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, your STOCK order of eligible products must total $350.00 or more prior to sales tax and exclude shipping and handling. 
4. All orders qualified for free shipping will be shipped via standard ground method.
5. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless stated otherwise.

Enviro Flex Pack does not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and the following holidays:

We can split your order and send it to as many locations as you like. Please be aware there will be a split ship fee associated with shipping multiple locations.

1. All shipments will be carefully inspected prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
2. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures or will not be accepted. Please see RMA Procedures below for return merchandise instructions.
4. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process all exchange merchandise by Enviro Flex Pack.

3. Please contact our office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Returned items must be received within 10 business days of an RMA number being originally issued.
5. A copy of the original packing list must be included with the return package.
6. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
7. Any returned products without an RMA number on the outside of the package, or if the RMA number is over 10 business days from the date it was originally assigned, then EFP has the right to refuse the shipments.
8. Enviro Flex Pack encourages customers to use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or damaged in transition.

All items returned for exchange must be in original package, free of markings, and in a clean, resalable condition. Enviro Flex Pack will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn, or have any missing parts.

1. Enviro Flex Pack will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns or exchanges unless products are defective or EFP shipping errors. 
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless products are defective or EFP shipping errors.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges (to and from) for the returned items, including shipping costs under the Free Shipping Promo unless products are defective or EFP shipping errors.

Return freight charges from refused and/or undeliverable shipments will be deducted from the total credit amount.

1. Customized merchandise and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned or exchanged unless the products are defective or misprinted.
2. Products installed with Tin Tie application, hang hole application, and/or Label application are included as customized merchandise and may not be returned.

1. If the customer needs replacement items immediately, they must pay for the replacement order in full. Credit for the original order will be issued once the return shipment is received.
2. There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received.
3. Please be aware that replacements are subject to availability.

Any merchandise that is defective due to mistreatment, neglect, improper use, or physical damage will not be covered under the warranty.

All defective items under the warranty will be replaced with the same styles/size/color only. If the item is discontinued, a similar item selected by Enviro Flex Pack will be sent.

Warranty does not apply to clearance or discontinued items.

Non-resale items shipped within California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin are subject for sales tax. 

Enviro Flex Pack is required by law to collect tax exemption permits (i.e food and/or reseller) at the point of sale to qualify for any tax exemption which is mandated by the Board of Equalization.
