Can your compostable pouch be heated?
Our compostable pouches have a melting point of 85°C, while recyclable pouches melt at 90°C. Microwave heating typically exceeds 100°C, so melting after two minutes of microwaving is normal—especially for compostable materials, which are plant-based and designed to break down under high heat and humidity. This property actually reflects their eco-friendly composition.
Many customers use our compostable or recyclable pouches for candle wax refills. The standard practice is to microwave the pouch, pour the melted wax into a container, and discard the pouch—functionality remains unaffected.
Are your bags microwavable?
All our stock pouches made without foil can go into the microwave as long as the pouches are not sealed or zipped.
These stock pouches include all of our recyclable pouches (PE Duplex High Barrier Laminate), white kraft compostable pouches (High Barrier Paper PLA 2-ply Laminate), and pouches that are clear (Clear Glossy Laminated) and kraft stand up pouch with window (Kraft Clear Glossy Laminate).
Are your products home compostable?
They're made of OK compost home certified material, however, we suggest industrial composting because according to the latest findings, home composting conditions are unstable, and in reality, not many consumers know the proper way of home composting.
These bags are thick after lamination, and under improper and unstable home composting conditions, the composting process may take much longer.

Natural Kraft compostable laminate with good barrier protection to keep products fresh. Natural kraft paper outer gives an authentic feel. Sourced from Japan, the kraft paper features consistent coloring and premium texture. Metallic Cellulose interior provides good barrier properties against moisture, oxygen, light and aroma.
High Barrier Paper PLA 2-ply Laminate
Paper substrate compostable laminate with good barrier protection to keep products fresh. Made from plant-based renewable ingredients, this compostable pouch (including zipper) will break down back to nature in a commercial composting environment, leaving no microplastics behind.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground and arrive in 1–5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Stock orders of $399 or more (before tax) ship free by standard ground to the continental US. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other territories, plus custom printed orders, accessories and equipment, are excluded.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I return pouches?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first for a return authorization (RMA) number, then send the pouches back unused in their original packaging within 10 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies and shipping isn't refunded, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Is anything non-returnable?
Custom printed pouches, items bought at special discounted prices, and pouches with tin ties, hang holes or labels added can't be returned unless they're defective.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
